It took a lot of work to get our set built. Twice we had to exchange parts including the main bar for the swings. However, the exchanges were easy since we only live 40 minutes away from the factory, and the customer service was so helpful and accommodating. We just called up and arranged to pick up non defective parts. It was well worth the work, though. We love our set. It is high quality, sturdy and virtually maintenance free.

This is a very well designed swingset and assembly is very straight forward. I built it by myself in about 8 hours.The company Lifetime is a pleasure to deal with. I needed a replacement part and it was shipped [...] no questions asked. I highly reccommend the product and the company.

We wanted a nice swing set for our two year old granddaughter that she could grow into,wanted the fort, rope ladder, the whole bit, that would last as long as she needed it, as well as for future children. My son didn't want the upkeep of wood, and my husband didn't think the wood ones were worth the money they charge for a good strong one. My husband and sons are tradesman - plumber, HVAC tech, mechanic - so assembly was not difficult. Took about 6 hours total, finished under spotlight at 10:30 pm. They just followed the directions step by step.

My granddaughter just loves it, loves to swing, also loves the helicopter. We're sure she will get many years out of it.

Just built this over memorial weekend for my 4year old busy son with my dad. My son was so estatic he keeps telling me he's having so much fun! But i didnt realized that it comes also with the other one that has reds and yellow (i got the green and earthtone) since i bought it from [...]. But hey my son doesn't mind!
