Except for the four end roof panels and two end trusses, I built it by myself in 2 1/2 days including the plywood foundation.
Throw the wooden block away and use a thin prybar to snap the wall panels in place.
Waiting for the first good Texas thunderstorm to decide how good this product really is.

We 3 friends have recently built 3 of these sheds and they got easier as we learned a few tricks.
One was NOT to use the butyl rubber tape on the domes skylights. The square-headed cap screws turn easily in the square slots in the roof and the butyl plugs up the threads. Much better to pre-assemble the skylights using clear caulking around the frame.
Make sure you anchor the shed to the base. We left one overnight before bolting down and we had 70 KPH winds that easily moved the shed. Once bolted, no problem.
It is difficult to align the cotter pins in the bottom of the door with the support ring when the door is in place. We removed the rod from the door, aligned it and put the cotter pin in and then slid the door back down over the rod. Piece of cake this way.
Make sure you follow the directions for assembling the roof trusses. If you put the bolts and nuts in with the NUT on the inside you will be unable to get the roof panels in.
The third shed we assembled took us 3 1/2 hours but we had assembled the skylights, doors and trusses the day before so no delays.
Great product and dry as a bone.

The product I bought came with instructions that were different than the instructions I found on line. They were 2 years apart in the printing date. It seems that the newer instruction were more informative and correct than the ones shipped with the product. The parts numbers on either set of instructions are almost useless. Unless you have a good mechanical aptitude or have built one of these before I would not recommend it. It was, however, fairly easy to assemble.

Building the wooden platform took more effort than the assembly of the shed. Follow instructions and no problems.

Installation was not that difficult, you just need help holding parts in place as you screw.I messed up the installation of the skylight. I used the special tape provided but installed the dome the wrong way so I ran out of the tape and tried to use silicone but that didnt take and looked messy. I'm awaiting another tape I ordered. I'm confident I will fix the problem. Just make sure you take your time with the skylight and tape and remember to take off 4 protective blue films on the skylights before installation.(oops again) Love the shed. Much sturdier then I thought. Took me, my son and father in-law 7 hours with breaks. This time didnt include the base.
